2. ORDERS & CONFIRMATION
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

Albelia Sports reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to unavailable stock, incorrect information, pricing errors, suspicious activity, duplicate orders, or other reasonable circumstances.

For certain products, bulk orders, customized jerseys, name-number printing, custom designs, or special orders, an advance payment may be required before processing or production begins.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers should request order cancellation as early as possible.
An order may not be cancelled once it has already been dispatched, customized, printed, or specially produced.
Customized or personalized orders normally cannot be cancelled once production has started.
5. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Customers are responsible for checking all information submitted for customized products, including name, number, spelling, size, design, color, logo, printing instructions, and other customization details.
Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Products correctly produced according to customer-approved information are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind.
6. SIZE SELECTION
Customers are requested to check the provided size chart carefully before placing an order.
Product measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.
If a customer selects an incorrect size, any exchange request will be handled according to our applicable exchange policy and product eligibility.
7. EXCHANGE & PRODUCT ISSUES
Customers should contact Albelia Sports as soon as possible if they receive:
* The wrong product
* The wrong size compared with the confirmed order
* A significantly defective product
* A product materially different from the confirmed order
Customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, packaging information, or an unboxing video to verify the issue.
For an exchange request, the product should remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
8. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
A product may not qualify for return or exchange if:
* It has been used or washed.
* The product is damaged after delivery by the customer.
* Original tags or packaging have been removed or damaged.
* Name, number, logo, or other customized printing has been applied according to the customer’s instructions.
* Incorrect information was provided by the customer.
* The exchange request is submitted outside the applicable exchange period.
9. DELIVERY
We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated to customers.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, political situations, natural events, remote locations, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address and remaining reachable during delivery.
Repeated fake orders, intentional refusal of confirmed orders, misuse of Cash on Delivery, or abusive behavior may result in future orders requiring advance payment or being declined.

All prices, products, and promotional offers are subject to availability.
Prices, discounts, promotional campaigns, and product availability may change without prior notice.
If an incorrect price is displayed because of a technical or human error, Albelia Sports reserves the right to correct the price and inform the customer before processing the order.

Discounts, coupon codes, free-delivery offers, bundles, flash sales, or other promotions may have separate conditions and validity periods.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, multiple promotional offers may not be combined in the same order.
